Prepare to launch responsibly
Working policies, data controls, and the decisions still to confirm.
Business location and seller details are unconfirmed. These policies describe today’s workspace; they are not a clearance to open a public store.
Review business detailsTracking stays off
No advertising pixels, visitor analytics, or session replay is installed in the application. External email images require a separate choice each time you open a preview.
Review storage and consentYour data controls
Export saved brand records or clear this owner’s browser drafts and simulations. Server deletion and retention procedures remain to be established.
Recover browser records from an earlier version
Earlier demo records were stored without an owner identifier. They have not been automatically assigned to your account or deleted. Only export them if they are your records or you are authorized to access them. This downloads an archive for manual recovery; it does not import it or change saved server records.
Before public sales
Keep supporting documents in the launch plan’s creative resources. Review evidence for the actual product and market; do not mark a step complete from a template alone.
Business and territory
Confirm the legal entity, public contact and mailing address, business location, and customer markets.
Product safety and labels
For cosmetics: formula evidence, labeling, safety substantiation, responsible person, and applicable MoCRA duties. For clothing: fiber, origin, care labels, and supplier records.
Claims, artwork, and creator disclosures
Document evidence for each objective claim. Confirm image/font licenses and model permissions. Use authentic reviews only, and disclose paid or gifted creator relationships.
Orders, returns, and delivery
Set supported dispatch times, return terms, cancellation/refund procedures, taxes, and customer support. Test checkout before taking payments.
Privacy operations
Confirm vendor contracts, retention/deletion procedures, request handling, and any jurisdiction-specific notices or opt-outs. Audit again before adding a tracker or provider.
Accessibility validation
Complete browser keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and mobile checks. The existing code checks do not certify legal compliance.
Legal reference points and conditional requirements
The country/state and customer markets are still unknown. These references guide the review; they do not establish that every law applies to this business.
