Workspace access and permitted use

Use only the account and workspace you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure. Do not upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, access another person’s records, or enter data you are not entitled to process.

Planning and test operations

Prices, inventory allocations, product concepts, creator examples, and forecasts may be draft or simulated. A simulated order does not charge a card, reserve actual stock, arrange shipping, or place a customer order. Stripe test mode, if later configured, must use test data and test cards.

A completed checklist is the owner’s record of work, not independent legal, safety, commercial, or accessibility certification. Verify suppliers, product claims, specifications, pricing, stock, and legal obligations before relying on a plan.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you hold in your original material. Saving content authorizes the processing needed to store and display it within the workspace. Only upload material you own or have sufficient permission to use, including permissions concerning recognizable people.

Third-party logos, designs, fonts, photos, and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights and license terms. Access through a connected account is not proof of a license for resale, packaging, advertising, or trademark use. Unverified legacy artwork is held for review and excluded from the storefront preview.

External services and availability

External links and provider accounts use their own terms. Service interruptions and errors are possible. Export important work and check saved results. These terms do not waive rights, remedies, or obligations that applicable law makes mandatory.

Before opening a public store

Confirm the seller’s legal identity and contact details, sales territory, taxes and delivery terms, returns process, applicable consumer rights, and dispute rules. Separate customer sale terms must be reviewed for that actual business. This private workspace does not establish a governing jurisdiction or impose arbitration on customers.
